Hi, I'm Moriah

 I am the founder of Mighty Mama, your safe haven for empowering your mind and body. As a certified fitness and life coach, I provide personalized at-home personal training and online life coaching to mamas of all ages and walks of life. 

My mission is to remove all the barriers and support you in creating the healthy lifestyle you deserve!

As a Mighty Mama, I understand how tough it can be to find time to exercise, especially when little ones are around. That's why I offer in-person and virtual sessions that you can do right in the comfort of your own home. Plus, with my help, you won't have to worry about keeping an eye on your little ones while you exercise. My goal is to help you feel great while working on your fitness!

In-home Personal Training

Mighty Mama is here to support all the mamas out there in reaching their fitness and self-care goals. Offering 1:1 in person personal training sessions in the comfort of your own home. Focusing on strength, mobility, flexibility, and cardio, I can help you feel strong, confident, and empowered in your own skin. Let me support you and remove the guesswork so that you know what you’re doing is going to be effective.
At our first meeting we’ll go through a formal intake and fitness assessment to determine our starting point, then we’ll set the pace together. You are in the right place, Mama!!!

Exercise & Mindset Foundations Online Course

Mama, are you ready to feel STRONGER, SEXIER, & ENERGIZED?

This 4 week self-paced course is PERFECT for busy mamas. It will provide you will the foundation for beginning or restarting your fitness journey. You will be guided through three workouts a week focusing on upper body, lower body and core. Each workout is just 10 minutes, designed perfectly for busy mamas! The course also included a goal setting workbook and access to a Facebook community.  You can expect to wake up feeling more clear on what to do for your fitness routine. Feel empowered and proud of what you accomplish. Be uplifted with more energy for daily tasks and family. Make friends within a community of other mamas, and feel sexy in your skin! 

By the end of these 4 weeks, you’ll gain more than a fitness regimen and mindset techniques—you’ll emerge with renewed energy and confidence. You’ll be ready to continue your journey with clarity and motivation, free from confusion and struggle.
